2. Scope
These terms govern the use of nuxsea.com and the purchase of NUXSEA products by consumers in Portugal via the card payment flow.
3. Products and prices
We strive to present descriptions, images, sizes, and colors accurately. Slight screen variations may occur. Prices are in euros and the total, delivery, and charges are presented before confirmation.
4. Order
By confirming the order, the customer acknowledges the obligation to pay. An order may be refused due to unavailability, manifest error, reasonable suspicion of fraud, or impossibility of delivery. If it has already been paid, the amount will be refunded.
5. Card payment
Payment is made online by card through the provider presented at checkout, prior to shipment. NUXSEA does not fully store card details. No payment is requested from the carrier at the time of delivery.
6. Delivery and risk
The Shipping policy for card purchases applies. Delivery in Portugal is free. Risk passes to the consumer when they, or a third party indicated by them, physically receive the goods.
7. Returns
Please consult the Refund and return policy for card purchases and use the return form.
8. Legal rights
Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights, including those relating to the conformity of goods.
9. Intellectual property
The contents and trademarks of the website belong to NUXSEA, licensors, or suppliers and may not be used without authorization, unless permitted by law.
10. Complaints and disputes
Contact contact@nuxsea.com. The competent legislation applies without depriving the consumer of the mandatory standards of the country where they reside. The consumer may resort to the competent alternative dispute resolution entities where applicable.
