Delivery in Portugal

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation. Delivery in Portugal is estimated at up to 48 hours after order confirmation, for both card payments and cash on delivery (COD).

These delivery times are estimates and may be subject to exceptional changes due to reasons beyond the control of NUXSEA or the carrier.

Shipping and tracking

The customer receives a confirmation when the order is dispatched and tracking information when available. You must provide your full name, telephone number, and address, and contact us before dispatch if you detect an error.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

When available, the amount indicated at checkout is paid to the carrier upon delivery. The order may be confirmed by phone, SMS, or email before dispatch. Availability and any applicable costs are shown before purchase.

Delay, damage, or non-delivery

Contact contact@nuxsea.com with your order number. Statutory consumer rights remain applicable.

Taxes

Prices include applicable taxes where indicated. Any due charges will be communicated before order completion, to the extent required by law.
