Refund and returns policy — Portugal — Card

This policy applies to NUXSEA purchases for Portugal made via the card payment route.
Right of withdrawal
The consumer may communicate the decision to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing a reason. Initiate the request via the return form or contact contact@nuxsea.com.
Conditions
The item must be returned complete, unused beyond what is necessary to verify its nature, characteristics and functioning, free of odors, stains or damage and, where possible, with tags and packaging. The consumer may be held liable for any depreciation caused by handling beyond what is necessary.
For health and hygiene protection reasons, sealed items that are not suitable for return may be excluded once the seal is removed, only when they have been effectively supplied sealed and the law permits. Defective or non-conforming products retain all legal rights.
Procedure
- Complete the form with the order number.
- Wait for instructions and the applicable address before sending the item.
- Pack it securely and keep the proof of shipment.
Unless the item is defective, incorrect or non-conforming, the direct costs of return are borne by the consumer. We do not accept cash on delivery shipments.
Refunds
The refund due will be made via the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise expressly agreed and at no cost to the consumer. We may withhold it until we receive the goods or proof of shipment. In the event of a valid withdrawal, standard delivery costs will also be refunded, but not surcharges for a more expensive shipping method chosen by the customer. Applicable legal deadlines and rights remain safeguarded.
Defective or incorrect product
Report the issue via the form or contact@nuxsea.com. Legal rights regarding conformity are not limited by this policy.
