Request a return
To request a return, write to contact@nuxsea.com and provide your order number and the items you wish to return.
We will provide you with the steps and the return address. Do not send items to the company address without receiving our instructions.
Check the deadlines, conditions, and possible exceptions in our refund and returns policy. Refunds are processed to the original payment method, in accordance with this policy; no cash exchanges are made upon delivery.
