UK Returns and Refunds

Cancellation

For eligible online purchases, tell us you wish to cancel within 14 days after receiving your goods. You then have 14 days to send them back. Email contact@nuxsea.com with your order number; no reason is required. You may also use the cancellation form below.

Hygiene and condition

If underwear is supplied with a hygiene seal and is unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, the change-of-mind cancellation right ends when that seal is removed. This exception does not apply simply because an item is underwear. Your rights for faulty or incorrectly described goods remain protected. Otherwise you may inspect goods as you would in a shop; excessive handling can reduce the refundable value.

Return instructions and costs

Contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the correct address. For change-of-mind returns, you pay the direct return postage. We cover reasonable return costs where goods are faulty, damaged or incorrect. Do not send returns to our registered office unless we instruct you to do so.

Refunds and bundles

We refund to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence of dispatch, whichever is earlier. A cancellation of the full order includes the cost of our least expensive standard outbound delivery. Paid and gifted items form one bundle: when cancelling the whole bundle, return all its items. Contact us for partial-return calculations; gifts cannot be refunded for cash. Nothing in this policy restricts your statutory rights.

Faulty or incorrect goods

Contact us promptly with your order number and a description of the problem. We will arrange the remedy required by applicable consumer law.

Payment

UK orders are paid securely online using the payment methods available at checkout. Cash on delivery is not available for UK orders. Prices for the United Kingdom market are shown in pounds sterling (GBP).
