Right of withdrawal
The consumer may communicate the decision to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without indicating any reason. Initiate the request via the return form.
Conditions
The item must be returned complete, unused beyond what is necessary to verify its nature, characteristics, and functioning, free of odors, stains, or damage, and, whenever possible, with tags and original packaging. The consumer may be held liable for any depreciation resulting from handling beyond what is necessary.
For health and hygiene protection reasons, sealed items that are not suitable for return may be excluded once the seal has been removed, only when they have effectively been supplied sealed and the law allows. Defective or non-conforming products retain all legal rights.
Procedure
- Fill out the form with your order number.
- Wait for instructions and the applicable address. Do not send the item before authorization.
- Pack it securely and keep the proof of shipment.
Except in cases of defect, error, or non-conformity, the direct costs of the return are borne by the consumer. We do not accept cash-on-delivery shipments.
Refunds
Upon receipt and verification, the due refund will be issued via the same payment method whenever possible. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof of shipment. For COD orders, we will request the necessary details for a bank transfer or another agreed-upon method. In the event of a valid withdrawal, standard delivery costs are also refunded, but not supplements for a more expensive delivery method chosen by the customer.
Defective or incorrect product
Report the issue via the form. Legal conformity rights are not limited by this policy.
